2017 CSW Booth at the
38th Annual Endangered Species Faire

CSW attended ESF38 on Saturday, May 6th, 2017 (11:00 am to 4:00 pm), located at the One Mile Picnic Area in Lower Bidwell Park. As usual, we had a well-received booth, packed with information. We handed out hundreds of tri-fold flyers and talked to as many people, most of whom were very interested. More than 100 people signed the CSW petition to our elected representatives. The word is definitely spreading and interest is growing. We got many thanks from people for having a booth and doing what we do. (we get very few anti-comments anymore)

Thank you to our über-volunteers, Betty Credit, Lauren Ayers, Marla Crites, and Bill Donnelly, for manning the booth, setting it up, and tearing it down. And thank you to the people who donate money — it is with the financial support of our supporters that we are able to do community outreach like this and continue to spread the word far and wide about GeoEngineering Aerosol Spraying. Please visit our donations page to see what activities your contributions are making possible.

All in all, although it does tend to be a bit of work in the sense of being on your feet for an extended period of time, talking to people, the unloading, set up, take down and loading – it was fun and interesting. We talked to quite a few people who were interested, some of them fairly new to the issues. And we planted some seeds. (thanks, again, to Betty for bringing the seedling plants and giving them away for free – that's always a nice draw and attention-getter, and they are very popular)

It was a good-sized Faire this year and attendance was high. The weather was nice, and not too warm.
